A Holistic and Realistic Plan for Better Health and Wellness

This 3-month program will help you meet your individual goals when it comes to losing weight and feeling great. The Holistic and Realistic Wellness Group Program offers the opportunity for you to get the support, accountability, and encouragement you’ve been looking for. Achieve your goals, meet other women with similar challenges, and gain confidence in your life! You’ll learn how to create meaningful, permanent changes in your dietary and lifestyle habits, and you’ll have fun doing it!

This group is designed to help participants by:

  • Exploring which specific foods support or hinder you
  • Discovering new, healthy options
  • Teaching what your cravings really mean, and how to avert them
  • Learning how to naturally increase energy
  • Understanding how to lose weight without deprivation
  • Learning new techniques of self-nourishment
  • Teaching how to practice radical self-acceptance
  • Developing deeper connections with others

The program includes:

  • Two 30-minute individual consultations with Noelle
  • Two 2-hour interactive group workshops every month, which includes discussions of health and nutrition and support from Noelle and other women in the group
  • A binder with session notes and handouts
  • Fun challenges that will help you discover more about your individual needs
  • Recipes and cooking tips
  • A comfortable, safe environment to share your story with others
  • Discounted rate on monthly cooking classes

Investment in your health:

$135 per person per month, or $385 if paid-in-full. Join with a relative or friend and receive a discounted monthly rate of $125!
