Jetstream Mortgage Joins Around the Common

Around the Common would like to welcome Jetstream Mortgage as our newest Bridgewater business listing. If you are in need of a mortgage or a refinance, please support this local business!

At Jetstream Mortgage Inc., they treat each customer as an individual, not a number. Located on Main Street in Bridgewater, they don't place you into a loan profile formula created by the banking industry. They use "common sense" and will help you obtain the best loan possible. They represent a wide range of "A" rated lenders with first quality rates to private "hardship" lenders.

Jetstream Mortgage works with more than 100 investors. This allows us to get you the best rates on all types of loan programs including: 30yr mortgage, 20yr mortgage, 15yr mortgage, 10yr mortgage, 1yr ARMS, 3yr ARMS, 5yr ARMS, Conventional, Jumbo, Home Equity Lines, VA and Commercial. Whether your situation calls for Full Documents, No Documents, Non-Owner Occupied (Investor) or Multi-Family, they'll fit your needs!

From the very beginning of your mortgage application, to signing papers at the closing table, you will work exclusively with your very own team of experienced mortgage professionals; including your licensed Mortgage Advisor and his/her own personal Account Manager, to ensure you receive the best mortgage experience ever!
They work with more than 13 different wholesale lenders nationwide, which allows them to find and secure for you the right mortgage program, at the lowest interest rate and at the lowest cost possible.
