Elder Law Planning Event

The Bridgewater Public Library will host Melissa R. Victor on Tuesday, December 2nd, at 7:00 p.m. She is a well-respected attorney who is an expert in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Elder Law and Medicaid.

Discussion will include the differences between Wills and Trusts (revocable and irrevocable), how to protect your assets from a nursing home, how to avoid probate, how to minimize or eliminate Massachusetts estate taxes and how to plan for your family in the event that you become incapacitated.

This free program will be held in the Flora T. Little Meeting Room on the library’s lower level, accessible by stairs and elevator. Parking is available in back of the library, located at 15 South Street.
