BR-SEPAC


The Bridgewater-Raynham Special Education Parents Advisory Council (BR-SEPAC), The Bridge Center and Triumph, Inc. will be holding a meeting for the 2014-2015 school year on April 15, 2015 at 6:30 pm. Following the meeting, at 7 pm there will be a lecture titled, Relax Be Well: A Parent & Caregiver Workshop. This lecture will be given by Beth Williamson Ruse. Parents and Caregivers will gain knowledge of the stress response and relaxation response, build awareness of the impact stress has on our mind and body, experience the relaxation response through guided relaxation exercises, and obtain take-away tools to use in everyday life.

The meeting will be held at The Bridge Center located at 470 Pine Street, Bridgewater, MA. Please register for free child care by visiting http://www.thebridgecenter.org/register.aspx. The BR-SEPAC is made up of parents that represent about 850 children with special needs within the Bridgewater-Raynham School district. The BR-SEPAC works collaboratively with the Bridgewater-Raynham Public Schools and Bridgewater-Raynham School Committee to provide support and information for parents, school personnel, and the community about disabilities and the special education process.
