Nunckatessett Greenway Annual Rally

The Nunckatessett Greenway - where history and nature meet.

What is the Nunckatessett Greenway? The Nunckatessett Greenway is a network of land & water trails along the Town River that connects the towns of West Bridgewater and Bridgewater to the Bay Circuit Trail and Bridgewater State University. The Greenway enhances recreational, environmental, social, and educational opportunities, and also stimulates economic activity in West Bridgewater and Bridgewater, MA. The genesis of the project streams from a grassroots movement of local residents and public officials that wish to see a nature corridor that will elevate people's awareness of the Town River and of historical sites situated along that river, as well as promote outdoor classrooms, economic development and alternative means of travel.
The Nunckatessett Greenway is used for outdoor classrooms, hiking, bicycling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing and more.

Join us and discover the wonders of this awesome greenway right in your backyard!
