Old Bridgewater Historical Society Fundraiser

Please join us on Sunday, May 19th, at the Old Bridgewater Historical Society for an afternoon of creativity and fun. Robyn Iarrobino of Blue Anchor Studio in Middleboro will be on hand to teach participants how to make Seascape Windows. The program begins at 2:00 p.m. at the Memorial Building, located at 162 Howard Street, West Bridgewater.

This program is for adults and teenagers age 10 and up. All supplies and a step by step lesson will be provided and no experience is necessary.

We will design our windows on an 11”x14” frame and participants can choose their own materials and color scheme. Templates for mermaids, anchors, octopi, etc. will be available for those who want to create something special. Participants will be working with resin, which doesn’t come out of clothing, so those attending should dress accordingly.

This is a fundraiser for OBHS; cost of participation is $45 and signup is on the OBHS website at www.oldbridgewater.org.

”Seascape Windows” is sponsored by the Old Bridgewater Historical Society, whose mission is to promote education and research relating to the original township of Bridgewater, its inhabitants, and its history by collecting, preserving, exhibiting, and interpreting materials, artifacts, and information pertaining to “Old Bridgewater”. For more information about the event, contact Jeannie at Jeannie@oldbridgewater.org.
