Essential Oils Workshop at the Library

Essential Oils workshop given by doTERRA wellness advocate Chris Ventura on Tuesday, January 14th at 6:30 pm.

More people are using essential oils today. Essential oils are used for everything from pampering yourself to cleaning and helping with various ailments. An essential oil is a fragrant liquid extracted from leaves, twigs, berries, bark, wood, roots, flowers, citrus peels, or other plant matter.

Essential oils are both exciting and promising when it comes to taking care of your own and your family’s health. Whether you’re applying essential oils topically, enjoying the aromatic benefits through diffusing, or taking essential oils internally, the positive effects of essential oils are boundless.

Join Chris Ventura, doTERRA Wellness Advocate to learn about Essential Oils.

The event, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Bridgewater Public Library, is free and open to the public.
